Petrolheads might pour scorn on Nick Williams’ suggestion that his company, Everrati, “saves” classic cars.
However, speaking to the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer and his colleague Mike Kerr at the Salon Prive show in London, it becomes clear that Everrati has nothing but respect for the cars it works on.
“We’re recovering petrolheads,” says Williams, before talking about why it is important for classic cars to get a second stab at life with electric motors. He’s also quick to make clear that the modifications the company makes to old Porsche 911s, Series II Land Rovers, and Mercedes-Benz SL Pagodas, amongst others, are all completely reversible.
Kerr, meanwhile, was able to tell Auto Futures all about the development work and specific challenges of each vehicle.
