Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies exclusively to accessories purchased through Everrati’s official online store.

This does not apply to commissioned vehicle projects or services relating to the redefinition, restoration, or electrification of a vehicle. These are governed by separate terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timing

  • Standard orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days
  • Custom or personalised items may require additional production and handling time

Shipping Terms

  • All shipments are made on an Ex Works (EXW) basis
  • The customer is responsible for all transportation, import duties, local taxes, and associated costs

Delivery Timelines

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • International Delivery: Timeframes vary by destination and customs clearance processes
  • Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email

International Shipping – Important Notes

If your order is being delivered to a country outside the UK (e.g., Saudi Arabia), additional charges may apply upon import, including but not limited to:

  • Customs duties and VAT
  • FASAH system fees
  • Declaration form fees
  • Disbursement fees
  • COD collection fees
  • Local transportation charges

These charges are not included at checkout and must be settled directly by the recipient with the relevant local authorities or delivery service upon receipt.

Eligibility Conditions

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You are welcome to return your accessory item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in a resaleable condition
  • All original packaging is intact, undamaged, and included
  • The return is accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns made under this policy must be sent at the customer’s own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal or courier service, as Everrati cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Defective Items

If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of receipt, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, subject to inspection and confirmation of the issue.

In the event of a return due to a confirmed fault or defect, Everrati will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, provided evidence of postage cost is submitted.

Please note:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect
  • We reserve the right to inspect all returned items to confirm eligibility under this policy

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the returns process, please email store@everrati.com with the following details:

  • Your full order number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • A copy of your proof of purchase

Our team will respond with return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • We are unable to refund:
    • Customs duties
    • Local sales taxes
    • Original shipping or handling fees

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless proven to be faulty or defective:

  • Products that have been custom-made or personalised for you
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (for non-faulty reasons)
  • Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging (unless returned due to a defect)
