Everrati today announces a new strategic partnership with Motion Applied, a global specialist in high-performance electrification and control systems.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Everrati’s Powered by Everrati division – its B2B arm dedicated to delivering modular, scalable EV propulsion systems for specialist and low-volume manufacturers. Through this partnership, Everrati strengthens its position as a leading provider of next-generation electric powertrains engineered for flexibility, refinement, and rapid integration across diverse vehicle applications.
Performance Without Compromise
As part of its ongoing development programme, Everrati utilised the GT40 chassis as a proof point to validate and demonstrate the adaptability of its modular electric powertrain architecture. This platform presented complex engineering challenges, from packaging constraints to weight distribution, enabling Everrati and Motion Applied to refine and prove the robustness of their combined technologies for future OEM and specialist applications.
At the core of this collaboration is Motion Applied’s 800V Silicon Carbide MCU-600 Inverter, part of Motion Applied’s AMPEX range of electrification products, integrated into Everrati’s modular system architecture. The MCU-600 inverter delivers exceptional performance and scalability, enabling seamless application across a range of mobility and performance environments.

Key advantages of this delivery include:
- Futureproofed 800V architecture supporting fast charging
- Enhanced efficiency via reduced switching losses and patented motor control
- Over 400kW peak power output per inverter
- Ultra-lightweight design optimised for performance-focused and compact integrations
Together, Everrati and Motion Applied are enabling high-efficiency, high-performance electrification solutions for applications extending beyond passenger vehicles, including motorsport, aerospace, marine, and commercial sectors.
Leadership Commentary
“At Everrati, our goal is to provide modular, high-performance EV platforms that empower our partners to accelerate their transition to electric,” said Justin Lunny, CEO and Co-founder of Everrati. “The GT40 served as an ideal engineering testbed, a challenging and complex vehicle that allowed us to validate our architecture for broader applications. Partnering with Motion Applied and their exceptional inverter technology ensures our systems meet the demands of modern performance and scalability.”
Samir Maha, CEO of Motion Applied, added, “Our collaboration with Everrati is a perfect example of how advanced power electronics can transform not only the driving experience but the potential of electrification itself.
