Everrati are seeking an experienced marketing manager, with the exciting opportunity to further grow the brand, plan and execute an extensive marketing mix and not least meet and occasionally host our wonderful clients at HQ and Events!

The general scope of the role includes:
  • Full Brand Management
  • Mapping out all Promotional Activity
  • Undertaking Marketing Communications
  • Social Media Management (including content generation)
  • Event preparation and execution
  • Brand Partnership building
  • PR management and support
  • Lead Generation / Performance Marketing strategy (in addition to the above)
  • Being the in-house CRM Champion
  • Sales Support along the Customer Journey as required

Reporting to: Director, Sales and Marketing

Areas of Responsibility can be further detailed to the above as follows:
  • Brand Custodian
  • Responsibility for all aspects of Marketing
  • Unique opportunity to continue to boost the brand in 2023 and beyond and on an international level
  • Responsibility for all aspects of Promotion
  • Campaign Management
  • Event strategy, management and participation
  • Social Media Management – with output support of Creative Agency (partly outsourced)
  • Managing a number of videographers and photographers as part of the creative asset supply
  • Management of website together with Creative Agency
  • Brand Partnerships
  • PR management (PR output outsourced)
  • Lead Generation / Performance Marketing strategy
  • CRM: In-house expert
  • Involvement in New Product Development discussions (specifications etc.)
  • Sales Support – Meetings with prospective customers and contracted customers for specification, (as required)
  • Statistics and reporting of Sales and Marketing Activities
Potential candidate and requirements:
  • (U)HNW Marketing and/or (U)HNW Sales experience
  • Resourceful
  • Creatively-minded
  • Social Media savvy
  • Demonstration of managing successful partnerships
  • Strong interest in cars and/or (ultra) luxury sales
  • Experience interacting with UHNW client base
  • Life experience
  • Systems-knowledgeable/orientated (for CRM use and campaign output)
  • Ideal age would need to be 25+ due to insurance restrictions on our vehicles and this role will require driving all vehicles
  • Regular travel to:
    1. Base at Everrati HQ: Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire
    2. London
    3. International; predominantly North America followed by Europe and RoW
  • Flexibility in working time, due to Time Zone differences of Clients and Partners.
